Child Care Staff

We are looking for creative and reliable individuals to engage directly with students in our before and after school care program. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Lead small group activities, including setup and breakdown 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for our students
• Take attendance and communicate with parents/guardians during drop-off and pick-up
• Engage with our students under the guidance of Supervisors 

Pay & Schedule:

• Competitive pay starting at $21.50/hour
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours:
  • Morning shifts start between 6:30 and 7:30 and end between 8:30 and 9:15 am with an average shift length of 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Afternoon shift times start between 2:00 and 3:30 and end between 4:30 to 6:00 pm, with an average shift length of 1.5 to 2.5 hours. 
  • Varying hours required on non-school days.

No formal child care experience is required for this role, however applicants must have a desire to work with children in an inclusive environment and be comfortable engaging students in a variety of different activities.
